Trading bots with nothing to hide
Rule-based strategies built on the same whale flow and signals the rest of WhaleRoom runs on, trading a virtual bankroll around the clock. Every entry, exit, stop and drawdown is published here as it happens — the bad weeks too.
Whale Consensus
Trades a coin only when at least two proven elite whales sit on the same side with 80% or more of their notional — or when three or more elite whales agree on the overall direction, in which case it takes BTC. Exits when the consensus breaks.

Pullback Trend
Rule twin of the AI Trader: buys pullbacks (RSI14 ≤ 40) in a 4-hour EMA 50/200 uptrend and sells rallies (RSI14 ≥ 60) in a downtrend, on the first bar of the setup. Stop two ATRs from entry on a closing basis, no fixed target: it rides until the slow trend flips. BTC, ETH, SOL.

Trend Follow
Rule-based benchmark, long and short: enters on a 4-hour EMA 20/50 cross, stops at two ATRs, lets a trailing exit ride the trend and leaves on the opposite cross. BTC, ETH, SOL.

Whale Flow
Mirrors the new entries and deliberate adds of the proven elite whales (≥$250K realized, ≥60% win rate, ≥20 trades, profit factor ≥1.5) and exits when the whale exits. One position per whale and coin, at most three per whale.

How the bots work
Each strategy is a fixed set of rules, not a black box: it reads the same data you see elsewhere on WhaleRoom — elite whale positions, the 17-signal composite, funding and open interest — and turns them into a long or short intent. An engine on our servers checks every strategy every two minutes and keeps a paper book for each one, filled at the Hyperliquid mid price with fees and slippage charged on every trade.
Risk is enforced by the engine, never by the strategy: a fixed margin per position, a stop at −35% of that margin, a take-profit at +60% with a trailing exit after +40%, a maximum hold time, real liquidation maths from the venue's margin rules, a cap of four new positions per day, and a kill-switch that stops all new entries when the book is down 25%.
Nothing here is curated. The books started forward-only — no backtested history is mixed into a live curve, no position was inherited at a favourable price — and a strategy whose backtest failed never makes it onto this page. What you see is the whole record.
| Rule | Default |
|---|---|
| Paper bankroll | $1,000 |
| Leverage | 3× |
| Margin per position | $125 (1/8) |
| Stop-loss | −35% of the position's margin |
| Take-profit / trailing | +60% of margin · trailing exit after +40% |
| Kill-switch | −25% of the starting bankroll |
| New positions per day | 4 per day |
| Fees + slippage | 0.19% of notional per round trip |
Questions people ask
Is this real money?
No. Every strategy trades a virtual bankroll, filled at Hyperliquid mid prices with realistic fees and slippage. The point of a public paper record is that you can judge a strategy on months of live trades before any real money is involved — and so can we.
Can I follow a strategy myself?
Yes, on paper: Pro members pick strategies, set a virtual bankroll and leverage, and their own book replays every trade from that moment on, with each open and close delivered to Telegram. Trial accounts can follow one strategy at $500.
Why are there only a few strategies?
Because most ideas fail. Every candidate is backtested out-of-sample on our own history first; two of the first four (a signal mean-reversion and a funding-fade) lost money in the test period and were never switched on. Only rules that survive that filter run here, and if a live strategy stops working, its record stays visible.
What does the AI actually do?
It is a filter, not a fortune-teller. The strategy decides direction; the AI reads the structured facts around that moment and may skip a trade, shrink or enlarge it, or tighten the stop. It cannot invent trades, and hard rules override it. We publish its book next to the raw one so you can see whether it adds anything.
